1 General Introduction

ck999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult members in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ck999 and each registered member of the platform.

These Terms have been written in Bengali so that Bengali-speaking members can understand them easily. However, ck999 reserves the right to change the interpretation or content of these Terms at any time. In the event of a change, the latest version published on the platform will apply.

2 Membership and Registration

To use the ck999 platform, you must first open a personal account. All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and complete.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The member must provide their real name, date of birth and a valid mobile number.
• Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all accounts may be cancelled.
• If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, the support team must be informed before opening an account.
• The payment method registered on the account must be in the member's own name.

2.2 Identity Verification

ck999 may request the necessary documents to verify any member's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is complete. Deliberately providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

3 Age and Eligibility

To participate on the ck999 platform, members must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 may not open an account or take part in any gaming or betting activity.

If false information about age is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited. This rule exists to protect minors and no exceptions will be made.

4 Account Management

Each account is entirely personal. The account password, login details or access must not be shared with any third party.

4.1 Security Responsibility

• The member is personally responsible for all activity on their account, including any unauthorised use.
• If there is any suspicion of suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the account, the ck999 support team must be notified immediately.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly is in the member's own interest.

4.2 Updating Account Information

Any change to your name, mobile number or payment details must be updated on ck999 in a timely manner. ck999 will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4.3 Account Closure Request

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team via live chat or email. It is recommended to complete any pending withdrawals before closing the account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ck999 supports the common mobile and banking payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.).
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits sent from a third party's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Security

All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. If any suspicious transaction is detected, ck999 may request additional documents for verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ck999 offers various bonuses that are given under specific conditions. Claiming a bonus means accepting the relevant conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 Other Bonuses

• ck999 Friday Festival Reload: 30% bonus on deposits every Friday, up to ৳8,000. Wagering 18 times.
• ck999 Slot Joy Bonus: Weekly 50% bonus for slot players, up to ৳10,000. Wagering 20 times.
• Cricket Victory Deposit: 40% bonus on cricket betting, up to ৳12,000. Wagering 15 times.
• Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward once during your birthday month. Wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend: Up to ৳3,000 reward per successful referral. Wagering 12 times.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found (for example, claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• ck999 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.

7 Gaming Rules

ck999 has slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and many other categories. Each category may have its own additional rules, which will be displayed on the relevant page or in the game interface.

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If the result of any game is uncertain due to a technical error, ck999 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the bet amount.
• ck999 reserves the right to recover any amount incorrectly credited due to a system or software error.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally returned.
• Odds may change due to shifting conditions during a match — the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.
• In cases of suspected match fixing or manipulation, ck999 may suspend the relevant bet pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ck999 platform. Any violation may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Attempting to gain money dishonestly by exploiting the bonus system or payment process.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to manipulate bets.

9 Account Suspension and Cancellation

ck999 reserves the right to investigate, suspend or cancel any account if there is reason to believe that the member has violated these Terms.

9.1 Suspension During Investigation

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, it will be temporarily suspended until an investigation is completed. During this time the member will not be able to deposit, withdraw or play games.

9.2 Permanent Cancellation

If evidence of a serious breach of the Terms, fraud or prohibited activity is found, the account will be permanently cancelled and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken.

9.3 Member's Right to Appeal

If a member believes their account has been cancelled unfairly, they may contact the ck999 support team by email to request a review of the matter.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Members' personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties. However, information may be shared with regulatory authorities where required by law or to prevent fraud.

11 Limitation of Liability

The ck999 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ck999 will have no liability in the following situations:

• Interruption to games or bets due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the member's own device.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Losses resulting from the member sharing their own account details with others.
• Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government orders, etc.).

In any situation, ck999's maximum liability will be limited to the deposited balance in the member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

12 Changes to Terms

ck999 reserves the right to change, amend or add new terms at any time. After a change, only the latest version published on the platform will be considered valid.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members at login or by email. However, continuing to use the platform after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
